On Monday, February 12, the Teatre Goya will host the awarding ceremony of the second edition of the Premi Santa Eulàlia de Novel·la de Barcelona. Promoted jointly by Àfora Focus Edicions and the publishing house Comanegra, the Santa Eulàlia prize, endowed with 25,000 euros, has become one of the leading literary prizes in the Catalan language. An award for unpublished work in Catalan, which promotes creation linked to the city of Barcelona by encouraging local narrative talent.
After a first edition that was awarded to Lluís-Anton Baulenas for his novel Seré el teu mirall, the winning novel of this second edition will be announced on Santa Eulàlia’s Day.
