The presence of Focus shows in the billboards of Madrid’s most important theaters is commonplace, whether on tour or as an exhibition before reaching the stages of Barcelona. This is the case of titles such as El padre, La regenta, Una terapia integral or La celestina, productions that are part of the stage program of the season in the capital.
Thus, after nearly 50 performances, Florian Zeller’s El padre, directed by Josep Maria Mestres and starring Josep Maria Pou, begins its last week of performances at the Teatro Bellas Artes.
La regenta by Eduardo Galán, based on the novel by Leopoldo Alas Clarín, directed by Helena Pimienta and with a cast formed by Ana Ruiz, Alex Gadea, Joaquín Notario, Jacobo Dicenta, Pepa Pedroche, Francesc Galcerán, Lucía Serrano and Alejandro Arestegui, has ended its stay at the Teatro Fernán Gómez after a month of exhibition.
Meanwhile, Una terapia integral by Cristina Clemente and Marc Angelet, starring Antonio Molero, Angy Fernández, Esther Ortega and César Camino, will begin its second season at the Teatro Fígaro.
Finally, Eduardo Galán’s adaptation of La celestina by Fernando de Rojas, directed by Antonio C. Guijosa and with a cast led by Anabel Alonso in the role of Celestina, this April 18, at the Teatro Reina Victoria, where it will run until June 16.
