Focus’s Events Department has been responsible for the production and realization of the 17th edition of the Gaudí Awards, consolidating itself as a benchmark in the creation and execution of high-impact events. Year after year, this gala becomes one of the most eagerly awaited moments of Catalan cinema, and this year we have worked for months to offer a unique show, full of art and music in this celebration of the cinematographic talent of our country.
Under the idea and direction of Daniel Anglès, Roger Julià as assistant director, and the script by Carmen Marfà, the gala had a set designed by Sebastià Brosa and spectacular lighting by Xavi and Paula Costas. The evening was hosted by Paula Malia, Marc Clotet, Pep Ambròs and Marta Torné, with special interventions by Judit Martin.
One of the key elements of this edition has been its artistic and musical commitment. The live performances of Ginestà, Figa Flawas and Grupis & Killin’ Cactuz have given the gala a vibrant and exciting rhythm, adding a distinctive touch to such a special night for Catalan cinema.
